The traction bar for the Mazdaspeed3 bolts onto the A Arm bolts and provides a solid link to prevent A arm deflection which is one of the leading causes of torque steer and wheel hop. We hand craft our traction bars out of rectangular tube steel using both MIG and TIG welding processes for the ultimate in strength and weight savings.

Tight front end!

2010 speed3 that likes to dodge cones on autoX here! My front end was super clunky and decided to replace the LCA's OEM bushings with poly bushings, anti lift kit and poly sway bar links. Since I was undoing the LCAs I decided to purchase this traction bar. Installation was not bad at all and the dimensions of the holes matched the locations of the inner forward front LCA bushings. The bends on the traction bar clears everything against interference. After I installed and aligned the car, everything is so quiet and the handling is so tight! I might install the rear one next!

2012 Speed 3 Better handling and less torque steer

I was getting bad torque steer in 3rd having nearly 400 hp and this helped alot. I can go WOT in 3rd now and the car will go straight. Before it was really scary as the car would veer off at high speed. I also noticed a tighter feel in the front end when taking a long sweeping turn at 60 mph near my house. I take this turn everyday and can take it a faster speed now with more confidence. Install could've been a touch easier if the bolts didn't have to be fully removed. Perhaps having slits so you can just loosen the bolt and slide it in. Putting the bolts back in took some wrestling and the space is tight to work in. Overall great product, price and shipping!!

Great little bar.

Let me power through corners more with more grip as there is less wheel hop and torque steer, also helps give an slight bump in steering feel in hard corners as well. It didn't make an insane difference on my mazda 3 skyactiv 2.0l 150hp and I do not launch my car, but it was helpful nonetheless and would be welcome on any FWD when under WOT. Only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is because the gusset bar is available which will do more than the traction bar alone. Otherwise 5/5 for construction, install, and benefits for this item alone.

Frickin Great Bar

This defiantly stiffened up the front end of my car. Torque Steer isn't a thing anymore and it makes my car feel a lot more planted and hooked to the road. Install was straight forward and took me maybe 10 minutes to do. Thanks Danny for making such a great product!
